Ticket returns rules

From September 1, 2019, the Federal Law from July 18, 2019 No 193-FZ "On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation

"Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on culture", which regulates the conditions for the return of tickets if the buyer refuses to attend the Event is active.

• upon return not later than 10 days before the day of the event, the buyer will be refunded the full cost of tickets
• less than ten days, but no later than 5 days before the day of the event, 50% of the ticket price will be returned to the buyer
• less than five days, but no later than 3 days before the day of the event, 30% of tickets will be refunded to the buyer
• less than three days before the day of the event, the organizer has the right not to refund the buyer the cost of tickets
